Nathaniel (Nate) Kleinman has been practicing in the areas of copyright, trademark, and media/entertainment law for over a decade. Prior to founding Kleinman Law in 2026, Nate worked at a boutique intellectual property firm in New York City, where he gained extensive experience representing independent artists, small businesses, and other creative professionals in complex licensing negotiations and large-scale infringement actions in courts across the country.

With a background in art and design himself, Nate has a unique understanding of the many issues facing today’s creative professionals and businesses in an everchanging legal and technological environment. Nate takes pride in always providing honest advice and steadfast advocacy for his clients, regardless of the size of the case.
